“Communication - awful. Ordered in March, emailed serveral times for a VAT receipt, no reply on any, attempted live chat a few times - no reply. No contact number to call. Gave up trying for the last month or 2 but now accountant is chasing again for the receipt and struggling to even get spoken to, to ask for one. Can't knock the delivery times as they arrived when said and items are good.”

“Ordered ink which tool three weeks to arrive even though on the website it said 3 days. Had to order from another supplier as was desperate for ink that arrived two days later! I tried to cancel my order with Printer Ink Direct via telephone and sent two emails to cancel order to no avail. Wouldn’t order again from them.”
