“There is absolutely NO customer service with this company. I have emailed, messaged via their website and have used their "instant chat" service no less than 10 times over 2 weeks. Nobody's home and nobody's interested. So I have a faulty cartridge and will have to buy again from somewhere else leaving me out of pocket!! Buyer Beware - it will cost you twice if you purchase from these "cowboys"!”

“I am very happy to write a review because the ink jets work well. HOWEVER to try to get in touch with them by email is a total disaster. I have sent 5 emails but never had 1 reply. But through this channel I am hoping they see it. They sent only 1 pack and I ordered and paid for 2. So please fulfil your obligation to me.”

“Inks I cannot fault, work perfectly and show as genuine Epson inks once in my printer. The one issue I do have, is it took them 10 days to post them out when they claim 1 to 3 days delivery. I emailed them 3 times in that 10 days and got no response. Shame”
