Ordered wrong cartridges and messaged straight away, no reply! Also messaged a few days later and still no reply! Over a week later and still waiting

On the internet I searched for Epson Xp 352 cartridges,your site showed “ comparable Epson Xp 352cartrides £5.99” I ordered 2 packs.When I inserted in my printer it says they are not compatible.Checking the packet it says suitable for. Epson XP235/245/247/332/335/342/ 345/442/435/442/445. NOT 352.I amleft with 2 packs of useless cartridges!!!

Cartridges don't work and I have tried to contact you to resolve with no response at all. I also paid for a next day delivery and it took 2 weeks to receive them !!

I put the ink into my hp printer tried to print and just a whining noise and no printing took place .

I purchased ink relying in good faith on their stating the ink was in stock and would be delivered by a certain time (2-3 working days). After 1 week (6 working days) I attempted to contact the company and received no reply to emails or their chat. They have no phone number. As it had become urgent I ended up having to pay for ink elsewhere (which did arrive next day as promised). Without replying to any of my messages the ink eventually turned up 2 weeks later. They are untraceable and a potential scam. I would avoid.

Cartridge fitted my printer but wasn't accepted. Message said its not installed correctly. Emailed supplier but they haven't responded.

Last a few days I am trying to contact you as I got the wrong cartridge and have to return it to get the right one..my emails, my messages to your company was not answered..no phone to talk to . If there is zero I would choose that! It is ridiculous we get this email but no chance to contact youuu!! Never ever even go to their website!

Ordered on 16th January, order confirmation stated order date 26th!!, received on 28th!!!. Did not answer any of my emails. Will not use again. Very poor customer service

I received the order nearly one month later, after emailing them twice as they do not have a contact number to cancel as I had ordered my printer cartridge from somewhere else. They do not respond to enquires or cancellation requests so I will be never ordering from this company and to be honest, there are lots of reputable companies out there that will send you what you pay for on time!

Useless ordered 21 days ago, supposedly 1-2 days delivery still waiting, no phone number to ring…. Have emailed twice both ignored. Wish I’d checked out their reputation on Trustpilot as would never have touched them looks to me like a scam company. Will give them to end of week before asking AMEX for a claimback. Be warned steer clear… UPDATE: They did finally get back to me (after the above review was left on Google reviews) as they said they would. They did get the order in the post and promised a full refund as a gesture of good will. I refunded the the majority of the order to a member of the family off the back of this promise, MY MISTAKE the refund never arrived they have ignored 3 more emails over the last week. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND USELESS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The order took a while to arrive and then I did not receive a VAT receipt which I have constantly asked for. I have sent numerous e-mails and not received a reply. Customer Service is not very good after you have placed your order.

I ordered two of the cartridge only one delivered. Contacted several times no response. Don't buy from them unless you wanna get ripped off. Con men

I placed this order for the Epsom XP-4100 cartridges but the incorrect type show f up on my order receipt and was subsequently delivered despite me sending an email to Printer Ink Direct immediately after I realised their error. I have now sent 3 emails and not heard back to a single one. What awful service — I now have £20 of printer cartridges that I paid for yet did not want or order
