“On 27th January I placed an order with Printerinkdirect for 2 sets of cartridges plus 2 extra blacks for my printer. After receiving this order I emailed this company twice to explain that I had inadvertently ordered the wrong cartridges. I had opened one box before I realised and emailed to ask if I could return the remainder of the order in exchange for a refund. To date I have received no acknowledgement or answer to my emails.”

I have tried to find printer ink direct on its website but there is no contact telephone number and I have sent two (2) emails; still, printer ink direct did not respond which means printer ink direct is a fraud.”

“I was sent the incorrect ink cartridges. I have emailed twice, tried to message twice and have yet to hear from anyone on how I return the inks and get a refund or an exchange. I’m starting to think this company is actually a scam there’s no phone on the website to contact them and clearly they have no interest in responding when you email. I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do with the ink cartridges that don’t work in my printer and the £24 pounds I’m out.”
