“I have previously used this supplier and the product is fine. However the customer service is nonexistent. I ordered the ink on Monday 3rd Jan, after 4 days with no despatch confirmation I contacted them a asked that if the order could not be despatched that it be cancelled, I then ordered from another supplier which arrived the next day. I have since emailed printer inks twice more to cancel the order and received no response. The delivery eventually arrived on 14th Jan. I have mailed them asking for return instruction but hold little hope of a response. Meantime I have raised a dispute in PayPal. Unless you are prepared to wait for an open ended delivery time and recieve no customer service do not use Printerinksdirect.”

“I find that I received this automated email hilarious. I have tried two times to get in touch and had no response. The toners I ordered are not being picked up by the printer. Because of this, I was trying to arrange for them to be returned, and nothing. I will say they arrived very quickly, but communication is clearly not a strong point. I will have to cancel payment via credit card company it seems.”
