I placed an order with you for two sets of compatible inks for the epson xp-8600.....the inks were slow to arrive...the email invoice I received showed the correct printer name and inks....the inks which arrived say compatible for the photo xp-8500/8505.....I have emailed you six or seven times asking if these inks are the right ones....I have filled in two contact forms and guess what reply I have had....ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!! I look forward to your REPLY

The ink I ordered was dispatched quickly and arrived early. Unfortunately, it was the wrong ink which was not compatible with my printer. I emailed them numerous times to get the ink returned and the correct ink delivered, but haven't had any response from them. I would never use them again, and would definitely not recommend anyone buy ink from them.

They sent the wrong Ink Cartridges and have not responded to numerous emails. Similar experience to other customers. Totally unacceptable. I will not be using them again.

Ink does not work, Black ink is blue and all others colours are faded! Company has not responded despite my contacting them regarding this.

Sent me a part for a different printer when I ordered a toner cartridge. Emailed them twice about it and had no reply. The part they have sent me cost more than what I had ordered. Useless

Cartridge supplied as compatible with Epson XP-312. The printer does not recognize this cartridge. Tried installing it 3 times the same message showed. No replies to emails to Printer Ink Direct regarding this and requesting a refund and received no reply. Hence 1* rating.

Inks not working in my printer. Have contacted twice. No replies, left without my printer over the weekend, as a small business, its causing a backlog. Very disappointed. You should have a contact number.

I was supplied with incorrect sets of printer cartridges in August this year. I discovered this when I tried to change the black cartridge a few days ago I have written to complain to Printer Ink Direct via their email address and via their on-line form. I have yet to get a response. I reordered the same sets from them last week and they duly arrived on time and correct for my printer. What a same their after sales care is so poor.

Cartridges incompatible despite guarantee! So far 5 messages to sales contact on website totally ignored. Printer has been out of action for weeks despite the existing cartridges being from same supplier without a problem

Was sent the wrong printer toners, have been trying to get in touch with them to return for over a week to no avail. they do not return emails and there is no contact number
