“The reason for only 1 is that for some reason it has disabled my printer. As I am not very good with technicalities I asked my son why?? . so he has tried with no succes. So I bought the correct EPSON ink from Currys at £49.99 and it now works perfectly. It will therefore be unlikely that I shall purchase any more from you unless you can tell me why this has happened???”

“No stars. Am deeply disappointed.!I was led to believe that the printer ink I ordered was Epson 530 compatible. This is a scam. It is not compatible and I will make sure future customers are made aware. I have already been in touch and nobody suggested s refund.”

“Unfortunately the drum didn't slide into the printer as it should. It was minimally too wide. I returned by paid post through Royal Mail it the day it arrived 3/5/22 and am awaiting a refund.”

“Please write a short review of Printer Ink Direct This is a dreadful company. I put my order in and they were happy to take my money. They then sent me the wrong printer cartridges. I immediately emailed them to tell them so, asked for the correct ones to be sent and also for a return label so that I could return the wrong ones to them. They didn't reply to this, never mind carry out my request. Over the past 12 days I have emailed them a further three times, but got absolutely no response from this company at all. So I am £23 out of pocket with apparently no prospect of any kind of satisfactory outcome. I strongly suggest you AVOID them. I would give them NO STARS if there was any way of doing this. 1 Minimum 10 characters.”

“Unfortunately, I received the wrong cartridges. I have emailed 3 times as the returns policy advises but have not received any replies. So after 3 attempts to resolve I have no choice but to post a negative review and open a dispute with Pay Pal. Sorry guys, not good enough. Order 1035623”

“I ordered compatible cartridges to fit an Epson XP-970. They sent me ones designed for a different printer. Of course, they didn't fit mine. I emailed them twice, but got no reply. I have complained to PayPal, who are now taking it up with the company to try to get my money refunded.”

“Regrettably the service from Printer Ink Direct does not live up one bit to the service I have had when previously ordering. Almost two weeks of ordering on line and I am still waiting for delivery of my order and my repeated email enquires have gone unanswered. A lesson has been learned this time around; buy local!”

“I ordered some ink 2 weeks ago with a guaranteed next day delivery which cost £4.99. However it's only arrived yesterday. What's the point in having a next day delivery guarantee if that doesn't happen. Won't be ordering again from this company.”
