Extremely disappointed. Promised delivery within 24 hours if order placed before 10AM, only received 3 weeks later! Meanwhile no reply at all to around half a dozen emails! Also, could not locate any telefone numbers to call the firm. Meantime I had to go abroad and had to arrange a redelivery to a neighbour's address. Had to buy printer cartridges from another firm. Sheer waste of time dealing with this firm. Sorry, but that's the verifiable truth.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered product - which included payment for next day delivery. Received product 3 weeks after order. Sent 2 emails for explanation re: delay and did not get a response. Would like a full refund for inconvenience caused to the operations of the business. Regards Adrian Mayers

Ordered in beginning of May. Took my money immediately. No goods received for a month during which time I emailed three times and got no answer. Goods finally arrived a Month late by which time I’d bought them elsewhere. Won’t be ordering again

We did not receive the ink we ordered and have sent 3 emails to try and resolve the matter but have had no reply, there is also no phone number to call to rectify the matter. Delivery was fast so cannot fault however would have been great to receive the item we had paid for or an email to confirm back if the product sent was compatible with our printer as its not showing the model number.

I ordered 5 x Compatible Samsung MLT-D203L High Capacity Black Toner Cartridge and received them but the first one I tried had a faulty chip so would not register as a new cartridge. This was reported to the company by email but I have not had a reply from them. All I want is my problem resolved with a chip that works in the part.

The compatible ink cartridges arrived in good time, unfortunately my Epsom printer wouldn't accept them even though tried many things. I contacted Printer ink direct three times by email to ask how to obtain a refund, no reply at all. BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I have now given up trying to get any response from them and have referred the matter to my credit card company instead. Useless f**cking crooks!

It's already been 9 days, I haven't received my order. I am still waiting for my order to deliver, I have already sent multiple emails to sales team but no response. I will never recommend Printer Ink Direct to anyone

Only got one star as there's no option for zero. Cartridges don't fit properly and the printer doesn't recognise them. No reply to emails or Facebook messages. Terrible company and product. Will be speaking to my bank to reclaim the money they took from me.

Terrible customer service, I must’ve emailed them 10 times requesting a pdf receipt of my order , I had zero response from them, I even tried their webchat which’s even worse. It’s like banging your head against a brick wall. Product however isn’t bad!

Took 3 months to arrive when I paid for next day delivery no response to emails. Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Wouldn’t buy again.

I paid 2.90 postage - the estimate was 2-3 working days for delivery and the ink took over two weeks to arrive. I won't be using you again
