“Received incorrect ink. Emailed the company on 2 occasions, however they failed to respond. I then used messanger, which they replied to say they would check the item I received. I contacted them again for an update, however they are again failing to respond. Very poor way to deal with customers. I am now wishing I had looked at their reviews prior to purchasing ink. Waiting for paypal to investigate my complaint. Avoid!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered Monday, expected it Tuesday as I paid extra for a quicker delivery. Email Printer ink direct with query on delivery....No Response At All. I had an email from DPD with delivery details, which did not materialise. Another email from DPD the next day. Altogether I sent 3 emails to Printer ink direct and even if all the delay was with DPD I didn't receive any curtesy reply to any of my emails in which explained I used the express delivery as I had legal papers to print off and get signed and had caused me a lot of stress and distress. I found an alternative way to print them off, no thanks to Printer ink direct. My delivery arrived Thursday. Disgusting customer service. Very poor delivery service. I will never use them again, and you're best looking for another company who may value your custom. I'm not a complainer but this needs to be spoken about. If it's urgent use someone else.”

“The black cartridge would not work. These cartridges were guaranteed to work. There was ink reaching the bottom of the print head as diagnosed by running a tissue underneath it. But nothing I tried using the settings on the printer would make it print. I contacted Printerink .direct via e mail but recieved no reply.”
