I had ordered a Personalised 203 x 152 cm Blanket Mink Touch Luxury.
The first one arrived unfortunately the images had been discoloured. Due to the black background the photos was brown. I did contacted Printerpix, they was very helpful. I was able to redesign/ change the background. They printed and sent out free of charge.
The second "redesigned/changed background" arrived. Once again the photos was discoloured, the main photo was green.
I rang Printerpix, explained the issue. They gracefully allowed a third blanket to be printed and sent out free of charge.
I am VERY happy to report this one had been checked via them, before sending it out. It is perfect! The colouring the mink style, is to perfect standards.
I do appreciate Printerpix for sorting the blanket faults out. Also the customer services for helping me arrange the orders.”
“Immediately after I ordered the "top of the line" Sherpa blankets they asked me to leave a review about how happy I was on another website. I decided to wait and inspect the quality. It was effortless to order, took three weeks to get here, and calling the blankets garbage might be too kind. The pictures were blurry and looked to be printed on felt that was sewn to the thinnest piece of Sherpa I have ever seen. I am so disappointed in the quality. Now I have to find another birthday present for my mom. Ugh!”

“Im Dezember habe ich eine Hundedecke bestellt. Leider kam diese nicht pünktlich zu Weihnachten an. Anfang Dezember kam sie endlich ein. Leider war der Schriftzug spiegelverkehrt gedruckt. Der Service war sehr bemüht und mir wurde eine neue Decke zugesichert. Diese kam Anfang Februar an. Leider war auch diese Lieferung falsch, diesmal war es noch nicht mal mein Aufdruck. Somit am Montag 31.01.2022 per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen, bis zum Freitag 04.02.2020 noch keine Rückmeldung. Also die Chat-Funktion genutzt. Angelina von Printerpix war sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und engagiert mir zu helfen. Folgende Lösung haben wir gefunden:
Die Decke wird nun erneut gedruckt und verschickt. Als Entschädigung für meine lange Wartezeit wurde mir erst eine Tasse angeboten, welche ich jedoch nicht benötige. Daher sollen mir die Versandkosten innerhalb von 5-10 Tagen zurückerstattet werden.
Nun heisst es abwarten und Teetrinken mit der Hoffnung, dass die korrekte Decke ankommt und die Rückerstattung zeitnah erfolgt.”
