Today, having had trouble placing my order when my payment was declined, I sought assistance through the live chat. Angelina promptly replied and was very apologetic, attempting to help by sending a payment link. She was very patient and kept in contact with me while I tried to complete the order. Unfortunately this too failed but Angelina then explained that she would have to send a manual link to pay via email. Having recently had a similar problem with a previous order I am hopeful that this will be successful. I have been really pleased with the quality of my previous purchases and how helpful the staff have been when answering my queries.
