Terrible service! item received was faulty. Trying to return this item was near impossible, two weeks later managed to return it (after numerous emails from myself trying to make it happen), they then sent the same item back. There is no phone number so you can't call and speak to anyone, emailing them isn't straight forward, you can't reply to their response, you have to start a new thread. Most places send a returns sticker with items now. I don't know where all the five star reviews are coming from. surely must be getting somone to make these up. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I ordered an ultra 4iiii power meter. What turned up was someone else's returned warrantee product.Of course they didn't believe me. Returned at my cost and then a month later told the original product that I had paid for was no longer available. No sorry, no alternative. Don't do it. I won't again!

Item out of stock, nothing to tell information to customer. 3 months after I keep waiting for my money back for an order they canceled without even let me know.. German mails only even after asking 5 times for, french, English, italian or spanish... this bunch of smart people keep sending you german mails.. I dont know where you guys learnt sales but you're not good at it...

Good morning everyone, I want to tell you my story with a purchase I made at ProBIKEKIT . 1rst I was looking for two good bags for my ebikes , I chose TOPEAK TRUNK BAG MTX DXP based on the reputation and photos posted on their site. when I received the bags , I thought they looked great. so I went to install them , then I noticed that I don't have the right rack for the bags to CLIP on. because of my batteries I cannot install the rack it takes. So I deceided to return the Bags . but since they did nothing wrong , I have to pay for the return, so it cost me 70.65 $ to ship it back, and even though I send them the tracking number they do not refund the bags, you have to wait to process it when they receive it. so what I am saying to you all now. first of all DO NOT buy from Probikekit if you are not absolutely certain that what you are buying is fitting your bike. second , buy from AMAZON , the return is free and they refund as soon as it's in the mail. ProoBikekIt does business like it was done in the 90's , not impressed and it cost me 70.65$ to learn , that is why I give it to you for free. Thank you

They're not a Canadian retailer nor do they ship from Canada. They ship from the UK and expect you to cover postage to return your items back to the UK, despite being labeled a Canadian retailer and having a .ca website. What a scam. It would cost me more than the item to return a pair of cycling shoes that were shipped out late and no longer needed. Convenient that ProBikeKit said they'd already shipped the item when I messaged to cancel the order. A series of scamming lies is what it's turning out to be.

Problems with their shipping quality control. Package came after 2 and a half weeks and had parts missing. Im on the midst of trying to get ProBike Canada to deal with this quickly to no avail. I will repost if I get some proper help. I’ve need Bounced around between persons with no real answers. I have to package it back up and send back before they will correct their mistake saying they can’t just send out part of an order when they just sent me part of an order. Frustrating beyond believe and don’t feel like ProBikeCanada gives a sh%t. This is their fault and I’m having to do all this extra work for them instead of riding my bike. Update: for the inconvenience of having to take a day off work to wait for courier pickup, and having to wait what will be a month and a half to get my original order corrected and the countless hours messaging to have this corrected, ProBikeCanada has offer to give me a $5 credit on my account. Trustworthy. I had to cancel my order of an expensive wheelset due to an added cost of import tax. It was not instant, but all worked out and i got my rebate. Good customer service

Worst site ever. Purchased a Garmin Edge in February. Received 4 emails apologising for the delay in sending but assuring the product will be shipped, thankfully no payment had been taken. I gave up and asked for the order to be cancelled. Sent message via Facebook and also emailed, no response. When they finally did respond & I jumped through the usual hoops of confirming information I was told the order had not been cancelled as "it had already started the dispatch process". I then noticed that my card had been charged. After more messages & more confirming the same details over & over, I received notification that the item had shipped. I was asked to keep an eye on the tracking and then return it as soon as it arrived for a full refund. Weeks go by, still no product so I ask for the tracking number only to find that it was sent untracked. To say that I'm angry with this whole situation is an understatement. I am utterly disgusted with the service and the way this company operates. I wish I had read reviews on this company before placing an order. I write this as a warning to all, please do not purchase anything from this company. The fact that they're allowed to operate like this is criminal.

If you leave in Canada don't spend your time with this business located in UK. I ordered 2 bike tires last week. Probikekite charged me 20$ cnd for the shipping to Canada. + I had to pay 29$ for duty. My advice be ready to add at least 50$ on your invoice. Better to go with Amazon or your local shop. Oh yeah I received since I ordered many many emails from Probikekite but impossible to check my invoice with all the details. Forget PROBIKEKITE

I ordered a jacket which was clearly too small when received. The sizing is ridiculous so be careful. But more than that, this company appears to be based in New Zealand so I thought I was buying from a NZ company. They are not. They have a .co.nz website but the products come from the UK. I had to return the jacket and buy a new one. I returned the jacket early December - at my cost due to their very poor communication. They claimed they would have picked it up but their customer service team clearly stated returns were My Responsibility. So it cost me 384 for the first jacket, $90 for the return - because it went to the UK and i had to have it couriered which was part of their return requirements, then it cost another $344 for the second jacket. So essentially I have one jacket which has now cost me $818. They have been claiming they will refund the first jacket for over a month now. But they have not. I don’t care how good they claim their products are, they are not honest. The only guarantee you have is that you will get a decent product, IF..and only IF..... you get what you ordered and as expected. Otherwise, they are impossible to deal with and actually appear to lie. They have told me twice that they have put the money back onto my credit card and to wait 5 days. I have now waited 4 weeks.....Very poor....be careful if you are dealing with this company. I am sure there must be better companies with products that are just as good out there.

I have placed an order with ProBikeKit in December with expected delivery in 3-5 days. A few days later, delivery date was changed to January 13-14. Not only has the package not arrived, but ProBikeKit could not even provide tracking information for the shipment. They charged me the full amount and then claimed the order had been shipped, but they could not prove they had dispatched the parcel! Customer service kept claiming they cannot cancel the order as it "had been shipped". No wheel has arrived, money is paid, ProBikeKit claim no responsibility. This looks like a scam. Avoid at all cost - definitely not worth the experience.

Customer service doesn’t even seem to exist! No response and website has incorrect information on sizing of frame pumps. I would not recommend this company!

They are the only bike company who allow ONLY 14 DAYS FOR RETURN, which is almost illegal, when everywhere is at least 30 days or 365 days... I spent hundreds of pounds in products from their website, they delayed me taking the amount and then saying that product will be available in 2 weeks which turned into months, so I requested my money back. In this pandemic, they don't allow refund for 2 small adaptors never used, because they " can'accept a return for these items due to the time elapsed "

Do not use this abysmal company!!! They have despatched my order (value approx £200) to the wrong side of the world, and 5 weeks later are still refusing to refund me for THEIR mistake! My order confirmation email demonstrates clearly the delivery address is perfectly correct (a UK address) but they instead posted the package to Namibia, which is 7,349 miles away according to google! STILL they will not admit their error and pay a refund! They blamed COVID-19 for a while (good one...!) in the poor 'customer services' responses, and now blame me instead. I advise you to use their competitors who all have more integrity than this company and have far better customer services.

I have just contacted ProBikeKit (by email) as I think All Canadian and American Customers should KNOW (!) that they will have to pay a HEFTY FEE as their Customs Duty fee on their purchases as this site is located in the United Kingdom (England, or Whales, or Scotland or Northern Ireland), so you will HAVE TO PAY sometimes as much as 25% to 30% of your purchase price. Just so that you know, ProBikeKit.ca is NOT a Canadian site, they are shipping everything from the UK and so you will be charged a TON of money by Canada Customs when you will receive your purchase from probikekit.ca —— Anyway, this is what I wrote them: "Actually I've received my item, but I feel you guys are CHEATING each and every Customer of yours. You see, my intension of buying from your site was your price (!) and when I received them, I had to pay over $25 as a custom's duty fee. That is more than 25% (TWENTY FIVE PERCENT) on my purchase price!!! Please indicate on your web site that anyone OUTSIDE the UK or Europe will pay a TON of money as their customs duty fees... otherwise you are basically LURING ALL your Customers to purchase from you, not suspecting that they will pay a LARGE PORTION of their PURCHASE in Customs Duty Fees in Canada or in the United States. I might have to post a few dozen reviews about this as I am feeling I've been cheated on (!!!) by you guys (so as to make other Canadians and Americans aware of your practice or the lack thereof), and because this is just NOT FAIR!" Every time I receive their NewsLetter, my entire body cringes in discomfort and disbelief, I find this web site so tactless!

Website lies with regards to delivery times. 3-6 days is the stated delivery time and when this passed with non support said actually the delivery takes up to 30 days.

The refunds process is painful. I returned a light that broke and they are saying that it will be 14 days until they can even look at the product and confirm that I will get a refund. This means that I can't even buy a replacement! Steer well clear.
