I would give it zero stars if I could. This UK business somehow operates a .ca domain, which by law means they must be a Canadian entity to get the domain. Even shopping on a Canadian domain, they require you to notice that you must still change from USD. If you don't you will be billed 35% more on exchange. Then they say 2 day shipping, which is not true, again misleading it took 10 days. Finally, because this .ca store is shipping from UK I was charged clearance fees, duty and tax before it left the UK, another 25% surcharge. Terrible, and their customer service was slow and not helpful. They are misleading Canadians.

Absolutely terrible customer service, do not order from ProBikeKit. Sent a returned item back which was received & signed for 14 days ago, still no refund issued. Emailed numerous times & between 3 people in the customer service team none of them can give me a straight answer where my refund is. Absolute ridiculous.

Just terrible. Item hasn't arrived for weeks, terrible customer service and back up, now action beyond sorry. Don't waste your time and money

I've been having for a month and continue to have a bad experience. The shoe sizing chart led me to a euro 45 being a US 12. Its a 10.5. Been trying to return shoes but the initial bar code return label didn't work with FedEx. You sent another one and said FedEx would pickup the shoes. No one showed. I've dealt with 10 people who apparently don't see the text stream. My text stream is complete. Each of your new contacts starts fresh. Unprofessional. It may be your intention to not process the return. Tell me. Oh, I forgot, you don't answer questions.

Bought an expensive bike travel case that was never shipped - despite several follow ups in which I was promised it would arrive by a certain date. Finally, after 6 weeks and it was clear this wasn't going to come, I asked for a refund. After 10 days, it still has not shown up (despite their promise it would take 3 to 5 days). I'm very skeptical about this company and would recommend looking elsewhere.

customer service is really bad. refund is almost impossible. customer service takes ages to respond I am chasing them for almost a month now for refund for the item that they failed to ship and no luck until now

I ordered wheels in November 2021 (it is now late Jan 2022) and they have still not arrived... I have been in communication with ProBikeKit regularly and they respond regularly - But I keep getting the same response - They are 'actively' chasing a response from their courier company - At this stage, I am not sure if this is a con or this is real - They took my money and have not provided any real support other than responding to my emails - I can't even contact their courier company directly as the info is so limited and they have no contact information on their website...

Terrible service. They sent the wrong item, not the end of the world however I had to pay the return postage from Aus to UK. They also don’t do exchanges!?!?! So, out of pocket AND no product. Absolutely useless

I had a product warranty issue where my back rack pack broke within warranty. Sent in the pictures, receipt and was told a refund would be sent to me. Its now 30 chat messages and counting and still no refund to date. They apologize over and over and yet NO REFUND in over 6 MONTHS. This company is full of sh#t...trust me on this folks, stay away, far away!

Probably one of the worst online cycle stores I have used. I've had better customer service from a door. I cancelled my order within 30 minutes and it is still currently not shipped. They're telling me that it is too late and I will have to ship it back at my own expense. I've called twice - can't get though, no live chat. I'll never use them again.

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They take your money and then they don’t send you your order to you. They make it impossible to contact them. To try and get my money I have had to start a dispute with PayPal

Worst customer service experience ever! I ordered a Garmin smart watch on the 8 of August and it still hasn’t arrived. This was is two months and a half ago.. unbelievable. It was for my boyfriend’s birthday at the end of August! I’ve contacted their customer service team via email and Instagram several times to sort it out and they always reply with the same information and stating they will confirm the item has been shipped. I’ve asked for the money back twice and probike has not accepted this and instead they go on and on about how the watch will be shipped. Order number is 317330477. Please help me out.. I am not sure how you guys are still in business.

I cannot believe how slow delivery is. I get that it is an international order. But my shoes have been sitting in ‘cleared outbound customs’ for a week. Just give the box to fedex already!

I ordered and they never sent my product. The only way I could reach then was through Facebook and anytime I asked questions they would respond with the same message. It seemed more like artificial intelligence was replying rather than an actual person. ProBikeKit is a terrible company, if they're a company at all. Maybe ProBikeKit is a scamming group. I guess I'll never know. I want my money back.

Did not receive item. Payment was processed. After a few inquiries and requests for shipping information PBK no longer recognized my account. There is now, no means of communicating with PBK about the issue. I am seeking reimbursement of charges through credit card company.

They promised prompt delivery and a good price on a front light and rear flasher. The delivery was not prompt. The rear flasher does not work. I contacted their customer service and described the problem. They wanted a pic, so I sent a pic. They didn't receive it, so I sent it again. They didn't receive it. I believe this company is not honest. Stay away from them.

My experience with Probikekit starts on 25th of August 2021. I've ordered using their website probikekit.ae, which is you would assume designed for customers in the UAE. The date of delivery was mentioned 8th of September today. Probikekit (PBK) ran a promotion that if you purchase merchandise of approx. 180 $, delivery would be free and the customer can track it. They used for my order DPD as a delivery partner, which returned my parcel back to PBK after 10 days. During this total confusion period I contacted PBK to learn what is the status of my delivery and only then they realized my delivery was sent back. They mentioned casually it was an error and if I would like a refund. I asked if PBK does not deliver to UAE and never got a reply. On September 6th a PBK representative asked if I want my refund (despite me already choosing that option) or a replacement, despite never being told if the merchandised ordered is not available. I was told the courier mistake was the reason for the order not to be dispatched. On September 7th I received a confirmation that I canceled my order and now I am really worried I might not be able to recover the paid amount. I would never recommend anyone ordering from this website.

Stay The Hell Away from ProBikeKit! Infuriating trick website jumbles the shipping and billing addresses with absolutely no recourse as they are impossible to get ahold of. Worst shopping experience that I've had in a very long time...I recommend that you take your business elsewhere! These people suck kiwi fruit! Stay The Hell Away from ProBikeKit!
