“Fantastic service from Rachelle at Promotion Products from the get-go, especially given we were a first-time customer ordering from interstate in early January with a tight deadline for a range of items. Rachelle gave us terrific advice regarding our product choices, steering us towards items that looked great, but were within our budget. She was also very patient as we changed our artwork a few times along the way. We were delighted with the outcome and the products have been very well received, delivering the impact we were hoping to achieve.”

“We are extremely happy with the quality and finish of our corporate caps. The descriptions online matched the finished product in colour, shape and quality, which is very pleasing. Best of all, we had excellent service from Nikki, who was very pleasant in all her communication. She promptly replied to any queries, gave lots of useful information, and was very accommodating when we needed advice or changes. “From first enqury to after the order was delivered the customer service was execptional and helpful. I dealt with Rachelle and she was wonderful to deal with. Effecient, always available to answer my questions and making the ordering, designing and delivery a smooth and fast process.
