“I have been ordered alot of our event merchanise through Promotion Products and very happy with the quality and the service, especially Danielle who is extremely responsive and so very helpful. There were some slight issues with the logo on one of our products which resulted in needing the batch reprinted but this was done very efficiently. Definitely recommend.”

“We ordered the Bohemian Tote Bags through Promotion Products for an upcoming event for our real estate company. We were looked after by Anthea and Gui who were very prompt with their responses, actioned to our artwork change with no worries and kept us up to date with production and shipping. Shipping was very quick as well. Anthea also followed up afterwards to see how our event went. Great customer service. The bags were great quality with our logo printed on the front, a big hit at our event. Thank you Promotion Products!”

“It was great to work with Lauren and organise some classy coasters. The coasters were gifts for international guests so we wanted something classy, but within our budget. Lauren came up with some great suggestions. We were very happy with the final result and so were our international guests! There was a small hitch in getting the coasters delivered on time, but Lauren was able to make some amazing arrangements to make sure we had the coasters ready for our function. Marvellous effort Lauren.”

“Every item we have received from promotion products is perfect. In terms of timing, cost and print quality they are top tier. The customer service element is just as excellent as their products - my Merch Specialist Tracy Donoghue, is on the ball, responsive and incredibly human...it doesnt feel transactional wich is a rare find when buying from merch suppliers.”

“Izzy from Promotion Products was professional and efficient. Products quoted, designed and produced promptly. Unfortunately the quality of the print was not as good as the service - the print is off centre on the product (wireess chargers). I'd use this company again, but would allow more time for corrections to be rectified prior to product being required (timeframe would not have allowed for reprint to occur).”
