“Property # 25857 We had a wonderful experience with this facility in Summerfield Fl. Janet & Jolene were so knowledgeable and accommodated with all our needs. They were able to answer all of questions and bent over backwards to take care of us. They certainly are a great asset to your organization.”

“I was extremely happy that Ebonie from store number #26599 went above and beyond to help assist me with a storage unit she went out her way to help me even though she is located in a different state she was so professional and so knowledgeable and just a good employee for the company its very rare to find good people that go above and beyond and actually care about a customer needs she made my day and Im so grateful that she helped me”

“9742 The customer service at the Owings Mills facility next to RoFo is outstanding. The gentlemen that signed me up had company knowledge, outstanding customer service skill, and charm despite my complaint about the company's insurance policy. My experience with Public Storage is far superior to my contact with Extra Space Storage.”
