“I am delighted with your refill service! Its good to know I am not using up more plastics and the lower cost of the product without a new container makes it really good value for money even allowing for the cost of posting the containers back . I wanted refills of some products not on your website so I ordered the closest similar thing, assuming you no longer made these products .I didn't realise you could only put the same product in the original container and you kindly did this as well as sending me the new products for free! This was incredibly generous of you and much appreciated, allowing me to enjoy an even greater range of your lovely products. As an NHS worker I have also enjoyed your NHS discount and appreciated very much your support of key workers during the pandemic. Many Thanks .”

“Why so good?Christmas gifts arrived today as promised.Opening the box was a delight, as if lifting the lid into a aromatic wonderland .Usually avoid packaging but as a special gift opted for a boxed set ,absolutely perfect, simple and elegant. I’m sure my friends and family will love these fragrances.Can’t wait until it my turn again.”

“I bought the gift set in Rose and Geranium, facial and hand and body lotion. My skin has never felt or looked so good as I have sensitive skin. After trying many creams Pure Lakes have been the best product ever. The service is excellent and very friendly and would highly recommend them.”

“Extremely pleased with the products purchased. With the current pandemic, it's essential to ensure that sanitisation is maintained at all times. My girlfriend suffers from eczema, so some products are harsh on her skin, butb the pure lakes products are anything but. They do the job worth minimum irritation and a lovely afterscent to boot. Would thoroughly recommend.”
