“This is my third online purchase from Pure Lakes and prior to that had purchased their muscle and joint balm from a farm shop in The Lakes. As the muscle and joint balm was so lovely, I decided to try their skin care. At the time I was suffering with painful and itchy and dry skin around my eyes their skin care range has been gentle to use and has cleared this right up! I find the hydration cream just perfect for my skin - very moisturising - and I highly recommend you giving it a try.”

“Recent orders have gone to addresses in the U.K. and the recipients have not sent any feedback yet! In my own experience, they will be delighted! I had a problem with payment details - billing address. One order seemed to be coming back to me as well as being paid for by me so I sent an urgent e-mail to intercept the problem. It was picked up quickly and rectified. A real customer service! The rest of this e-mail is 'redundant' as I have had no feedback from the lucky recipients.”

“Finally my old skin routine came to an end and I wanted to go more environmentally friendly and support a small business. I'd seen Pure Zlakes goods around in Ullswater and seen a program on TV that featured them too and couldn't wait to get my new goods. I experienced Great service, professional and efficient even when I'd forgotten something and after one email I got the two orders combined. The products are devine- and my skin feels very nourished and fresh. My hair appears to be very soft and shiny and I love the smell of the shampoo.”
