“I haven't used the product I have just bought because it's a gift. However, I have used several Pure Lakes products when we stay in a hotel in Northumberland (Battlesteads) and I love them!”

“I love Pure Lakes and if I were richer I would only wash on their shower gel. Lemongrass is amazing scent and transports me back to my holiday in the Lakes where I discovered it.”

“I came across Pure Lakes products whilst staying at The Bridge Hotel in Buttermere. The products were supplied to use in the en suite facilities. Pure Lakes shower gels and soaps had a fantastic aroma and left the whole body feeling refreshed. I bought on check out and also have bought since via the Pure Lakes website. The whole purchase process was excellent, and the products arrived very quickly.”

“My family stayed in an Airbnb near Penrith recently. All of the bathrooms were stocked with Pure Lakes products....shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand cream, soaps etc. They were superb and were all in biodegradable packaging that could be refilled. So, I knew what to buy for my sister's birthday a few weeks later. As she lives some distance from me, I asked for delivery directly to her. After placing the order, I received a message informing me that the Company was in the middle of moving premises, so there could be a delay but, if the order was urgent to contact them. I did so, and wonderful Gareth promised to dispatch the order that day. True to his word, he did and the package arrived in time for her birthday. My sister loves the products and will, definitely be ordering refills.”
