“Their refill service is a big plus for me. However, when I posted my empties (using a recycled envelope ) the package split and they didn't receive them. Their customer service team were very understanding about this and gave me new bottles at no extra cost, plus they were sent in a sturdy box which I am keeping for when I need to order new items!”

“I bought a Pure Lakes product whilst on holiday in the Lakes a couple of years ago and have been buying their hand cream, shampoo and shower gel ever since. Very easy to order online and I find the products last much longer than cheaper alternatives. I feel my skin really benefits and am grateful to have made such a lovely discovery.”

“My mother who is 84years old uses Black Pepper,Ginger and Chamomile muscle balm using it on her hip that needs replacing. Has used it for about 2 years now. She also uses it on her back which takes the pain away from there also. She is having her hip replaced this Thursday the 1st of September 2022 but has said she will continue using.”

“I love these products so much! The lemongrass moisturizer smells delicious and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing, they make my hair look fabulous. At night I use the lavender and chamomile body wash, so relaxing.”
