“Dropped off my hand cream for a refill, then just a couple of days later it was ready to collect. It's the best handcream for nurses ever, so I'm really glad the refill service is so quick and easy.”

“Absolutely love Pure Lakes products from skin care to shower gel, from hand sanitiser to hand balm. For me , the products are excellent quality, simply packaged & very reasonably priced. I can’t fault the service either. Pure Lakes is my escapism to to the Lake District whilst caring for my skin 😊”

“What a wonderful company this is. The products are amazing and arrive at their destination promptly and beautifully packaged. Over the past few months I have bought several gift sets for friends, and they have all been absolutely delighted with them, phoning me to tell me how wonderful they smell and how nice they are to use. Whenever I wanted to adapt one of the gift sets, I phoned Pure Lakes and they couldn't have been kinder or more helpful - and it meant I could tailor the gifts to what each friend would particularly like. The foot gel, the hand sanitiser and the grapefruit and lemon grass body wash and lotion have been highly recommended by my friends - and I certainly intend to use this company again in the future. It's so nice to be able to send your friends a proper treat - and to know you're buying from a really ethical, family-run company which supports the NHS trusts and charities with every purchase.”

“Pure Lakes was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad! Your products are superb, excellent quality and value for money. They are quite simply the nicest I have ever found, far better than those available in the high street (which are a lot more expensive). In these days of harsh hand gels it is lovely to find a product which moisturisers so gently yet effectively.”

“We love Pure Lakes products, and have bought some for xmas gifts. Packaging is great and I'm sure they will be well recived. Previous buys have been very good quality, and smell devine. We ordered one afternoon and we received them by the next day, that is fantastic service.”

“Well how glad am I that I found you! We recently stopped at Hawkshead brewery and I nipped to the bakery next door. Whilst I was waiting in the queue I used the hand gel at the door. WOW I had to know that this amazing fresh smell was! It was your lemongrass hand sanitiser. Then when we arrived at our apartment in Windermere town centre, there were your products again! This time we got to sample the hand wash and the shower gel. I immediately went on line and placed an order and then placed another order last week for my mother in law. I have tried most of the top of the range products (Neom & Elemis etc ) and nothing smells as wonderful. All others now smell weak to me. I REALLY hope you bring out a reed defuser for the home.
