East Midlands Aiport Parking seemed A bit expensive but easy to book and close to airport.

Efficient welcome & departure messages on screen at barriers. Staff always friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to replace the coarse hardcore surface of the parking areas with a surface suitable for wheeled cases!

Generally very good. However, it wasn’t entirely clear what I should do on arrival at Southampton airport short stay car park. For example which bayed to park in and if I should leave or keep my car keys with me.

Easy drop off with time to gather things before checking car in. Bit of a wait for bus on returning but within specified timescales.

Booked with the company many times before ,drop off fine .Pick up we had to wait about 25 mins ,by this time there were many waiting ,I was surprised we all got on the bus .

- Reasonable Prices thanks to occasional special offers and discounts for regular customers - friendly service Room for improvement: Registration scanners at the JetPark entrances should be updated to enable them to read EU numberplates. Despite BREXIT, there are still many EU citizens living and working in this country, contributing to its economy. It's a bit discriminating that our car registrations cannot be registered by your scanning system at the car park entrances. The token that gets issued at the entrance instead helps, of course, but that procedure always delays the entrance to the car park considerably - and sometimes those minutes can be vital to catch an earlier shuttle bus and, eventually, be at the airport in time to catch a plane.

So much simpler than previous years... Arrival : park the car, hand over the keys, get on the bus, check in.... (so fast) On return : some hurdles to overcome..... a) try and find bus stop No 22 (@ T3 (LHR))... not obvious as the No 22 sign is hidden within the bus stop itself and not externally so you can only see the bus stop when you are actually there!. Yes there are pointers to No 22 but they implied the stop was to the south, so wasted 15 mins trying to find the stop and missed a bus as a consequence. However, having seen the disappearing PP bus, that led us to the correct stop and from that point all OK.... apart from b) the elongated route via the other terminals and the long way round to the Bath Road PP area. Once at PP depot arrival the car pick up was just so quick. So apart from the signage (and maybe a simple map to find the No 22 bus stop) it was such an efficient service to use; very slick

Dropping off the car was easy with a quick and smooth transfer to the terminal. Bit of a wait in the cold for the bus on return which was very crowded and seemed to take a very circuitous route back to the car pick up point. Pick up of car itself was quick and easy.

Was easy to find on my sat nav, smooth drop off, buses were regular, car was waiting for us when we arrived back, very pleased with service, would book again.

Very handy but prices have increased so more expensive than the others even with the ‘75% discount’ via mail sent every other week! Less buses mean you wait longer get as well.
