No problem finding driver on arrival only problem we changed hotels and tried to contact on the telephone numbers supplied to change our pick but all the numbers were not in use.

Great service, as always. I've never had to wait for the car after my return flight, it's always ready and waiting. The folks who check you in have always been friendly and helpful, even though it can be busy and hectic at their desk at times. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent overall. However, we experienced a delay due to a 15-minute wait for the bus, followed by a lengthy journey to all the other terminals before returning to our vehicle. As a result, it took over an hour from the time we began waiting for the bus to when we finally reached our car.

Simple. Hassle free parking. You just turn up leave your car and they do the rest. Give them a call when you arrive and your car awaits. Will definitely be using PP again.

In general I'm happy with the service. When picking my car up after the trip I was asked to pay £68 because of my "over stay". The agent at Meet & Greet was nice enough and while she was getting her card machine I was able to produce a paper copy of my booking. I was checking out 1 hour and 15 minutes before the allotted time. She said it must have been a computer error. Anyway, I didn't have to pay the £68 in the end.
