“Our battery was flat when we came to pick the car up and a member of your staff charged it up so that we could get home. Didn't have any means of giving a tip but want to say a huge thank you.”

“Parked my car here 4 times this year 2024 and never had a problem. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, (office and bus drivers alike). I would highly recommend Purple Parking Gatwick to anyone going on holiday.”

“The process from dropping car of to collecting was good, now they have a larger coach it is more comfortable to and from the airport, however the toilets at the office leave a bit to be desired, more cleaning is needed.”

“every thing ran like clockwork, staff assisted with check in,a short wait for the bus and off we went,our return was also stress free. will use again in a heart beat.”

“Everything worked so smoothly - we arrived at the car park, the bus was waiting to take us to the terminal once the car keys had been handed over, the driver helped with the luggage each time and when we returned we were so lucky the bus was at the allotted spot and we were back at the car park in no time. Will definitely use purple parking again.”
