“No hassels, parking checkin and checkout was smooth, car was already there at the time of my checkout.. Bus drop and Pickup was also great not muchj waiting time at airport.”

“Parking near reception was really good as I'm disabled husband has to get to cases to check car in Coming home it was wet very cold and windy and our car was last on the row so long walk 4 trips with bag for 77 Yr old husband We had to walk round big trucks in loading bays that had disabled badges Maybe more checks should be done on badge holders Thats why low score”

“Absolutely impossible to find new temporary drop off point & T4 No signs to say where it is unable to contact anyone to find it. Drove round for over an hour. If I hadn’t come up the night before would have missed my flight! Shame as have used for years with no issues”

“Easy to book, been using purple parking meet and greet for many years always been happy. However on this occasion was very disappointed when we came to collect our car...it had not been locked? Disappointed and upset that it was not secure.”
