As usual everything was easy from start to finish. Easy check in. Good drop off. Not sure if you are disabled. Bit of a walk. But a covered walkway to departures. Bus always seems to come within 5 mins of getting to Bus stop. Easy check out.

Parking was fairly easy to find, thanks to the clear directions sent in advance. The drop-off process was smooth, and I was on my way to the terminal within 5–10 minutes of arriving at the airport. However, I was disappointed with the condition in which my vehicle was returned. It had clearly been parked under a tree and was covered in pollen and sap, which had stuck to both the glass and paintwork. As a result, I've had to wash the car twice (at my own expense), and even then, the sap hasn't fully come off. Additionally, I noticed that about an hour’s worth of fuel had been used—presumably to move the vehicle to the off-site parking location. While I understand some movement is necessary, the level of fuel usage felt excessive. I've used Purple Parking many times in the past and have always been impressed with the service, so this experience was disappointing and not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. I will have to reconsider alternative providers on future occasions.

I always use jetparks 3 you just park get on a 5-10 min bus transfer to the terminal.

The bus was waiting but there was a queue of people, saying it was full. A staff member rearranged the luggage storage and advised people to get on, as the next bus was going to be very long time. I had no luggage, but was last on. I stood 2 feet away from the front windscreen. Potential for serious injury. Just not good enough. On arrival at terminal 5, a customer who had been waiting for the bus, complained that he'd been waiting 40 minutes to pick up and return to the car park.

Parking was fine, bus journeys to & from the airport not too far, didn’t have to wait too long for each one. Only issue was where we parked was loose stone, unlike the other half of parking which was block paved, difficult to pull wheeled suitcases over & for those with reduced mobility. Overall value for money.( Birmingham)

Buses and parking were fine and went as expected. Only issues was that £3 of loose change in the car mysteriously disappeared. Now we have no coins for the shopping trolley!
