"Not too expensive to stay at the Manchester airport multi-storey car park for our trip away. All under cover, two minutes from departure and arrivals. On our return we were on the M56 within 15 minutes of disembarking the flight."

"I'm going to give PP a 2 out of 5 for the reasons explained below. I was pretty unhappy with the initial experience at T3 car park for the car drop off.\r\n\r\nI guess it could be argued that I did not fully read the PP booking email's but having used PP hundreds of times in the past, I felt I knew the process for car drop off at LHR. However the signage for T3 parking leads a lot to be desired and I followed the signs to \"Meet and Greet\" and ended up at L1 (I think) of T3 car park and parked up. This was the wrong place (it was run by another competitor parking company) and I had to be redirected to L4. Unfortunately the car park ticket was re-validated inside the car park at L1 before I moved the car to L4 and I had to pay an additional \u00a319.50 for the privilege of making a simple mistake. The PP guy was very apologetic at the time but said if I did not pay the car park ticket they could not honour my chauffeur parking with them. Not something you want to deal with when starting your holiday and trying to get to T3 to do the check-in, so I had to pay the additional charge.\r\n\r\nYes, the actual PP service was OK after that - drop off and pick up (a week later) was pretty clear, but being on L4 meant the car park lifts were a challenge to traverse given the sheer volume of people using them first thing in the morning.\r\n\r\nI think that PP and APCOA need to do a better job of signage at T3 car parks and also I do not understand that why I was charged \u00a319.50 on top of the car park fee I had already been charged by PP - it was a simple mistake. We were at the car park only one month ago for a pickup and that car park fee cost me just \u00a311.50 for the same period of time [less than 1hr]. Someone is ripping customers off here and it leaves a bad taste at the start of what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. \r\n\r\nWhat was frustrating was that the \"Off Airport Meet and Greet\" was sign posted on the walkway from T3 back to the car park, something we would not have seen when we were arriving at the airport to drop off the car."

"When I returned, my vehicle clearly hadn\u2019t been always parked where it was left originally as it had heavy mud splatter consistent with it being parked in a field. Plus the mat in the drivers footwell had heavily muddied footmarks, neither was the condition I left it in. Will definitely use this location again"

"We had called ahead to say I had to change the flight by one day, the person said ok but when I called to pick it up, they said they had not received any calls and basically called my a liar, I then had to wait 45 mins for the car, missing an important work meeting. \r\nSo 2 things what refund for 1 day early do I get, and what can you do in terms of compensation?"
