“Was disappointed that the picture in the AD showed the engraving had a heart emoji icon in front of a name and that's what I had on my inscription but it was made without the heart... So my second line reads, " to Will Carrie" when it should have been, " To Will ❤️ Carrie"”

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. Upon checking, you have chose the "Happy Birthday-Knife" design which does not included the heart. The design with the heart symbol is the "I LOVE YOU" design. The knives were personalize base on the design template you chose and followed the same standard format.

“I’m very disappointed in the product. Instructions were not clear. I think I paid more than my groupon said, I thought I purchased 2 towels & initials are wrong Instructions weren’t clear & now I hv middle initial as large middle letter. Won’t purchase anything further in the future.”
