“Most items are good quality. Some are great quality. Triple check anything you are having monogrammed and check it thoroughly when it arrives. Items may be set up perfectly online and arrive incorrectly monogrammed.”

“I purchased a Groupon and followed the instructions on how to redeem and I was charged the full amount vs. what I should have been charged with the Groupon. I tried calling the number provided Multiple times and kept getting disconnected because the user was not available. Overall very disappointed with the the lack of instruction and ability to call into the company.”
