“In the past, I have purchased numerous pillow covers and inserts for the birth of my grandchildren as well for gifts to others. They have always been great. In November, I ordered a gift for a friend - ORDER #2204868, Placed on November 16, 2023 at 9:59 am. The pillow arrived but not the personalized cover. Please follow up on this and send the pillow cover.”

“I chose not to put a last name as the bride will be keeping her own name. I didn’t see any examples of that or of hyphenated names(hint, hint!) . It came out beautifully though with the bride and grooms first names and date of wedding.”

“I don’t appreciate Qualtry not being up front that their products will takes weeks to arrive unless you pay an extra $5 to have it customized in the US. Otherwise it would of been customized in China and not arrived in time for Christmas even though I ordered 11/14. If I had know it would cost and extra $5 I would not have purchased it.”

“The personalization was wrong. I called many times Each time the machine told me, "Your call is very important to us. Will connect you". I called maybe 20 times; never got to a live agent. Finally left a message and got a call back. The call-back lady was very courteous and professional. Asked me to send some photos which I did. Nothing yet so far.”

“I have a lot of family members with names that can't be found on the shelves Qualtry has made it easy to supply personalized items at a reasonable price. Purchased wooden luggage tags and traveled with it once and when my luggage came across on the turnstile it was gone. The leather strap that held it to my luggage was still attached but my tag was gone. Very flimsy, I suggest the metal luggage tags.”

“I love all the merchandise at Qualtry. I always find something great for gifts. They are quick to personalize and the quality is great. I would have given 5 stars but I feel the shipping rates are overly high. I LOVE it when they have a great sale ($5 prices) AND free shipping. It is like winning the lottery.”
