“DON'T USE THEM! My order was supposed to be delivered by Nov 27th, it so hasn't shipped per FedEx as I've December 3rd. I've sent 3 emails regarding the status of my order and left 1 message and haven't received a response from them. So disappointing in their service.”

“Ordered 1 order and everything came fine. The pillow covers were great. I ordered a 2nd time and for some reason it went to the wrong address. I tried calling, leaving messages, emailing and never heard back until many days later and they said it was too late to change the address.”

“I've bought personalized cutting/charcuterie boards from Qualtry several times as a gift for a bridal shower or wedding. They are always well-received and get a lot of oohs and ahhs at a shower. I'll usually include a "how to" charcuterie book from the bookstore. The quality is exceptional, including the personalization.”

“I ordered 12 personalized gifts. - I have still not received 3 of the items - personalized glass cans for Crystal, Clint and Randy. Although it shows as Fulfilled on my account. - The cork Personalized Cork Hot Pad for Lance & Cary Bottom line: Live . Laugh . Love looks cheap and the writing is very small. - Personalized Sarcastic Mornings Mug Collection w DENISE - the name 'Denise' is so small and lightly engraved on both sides of the mug, you can barely read the name. Overall, I will not be ordering from Qualtry again. It's not worth the frustration. Thank you, Teresa Stanbrough”

“I bought two personalized gift bags. Even though the words "To" and "From" were in the personalization line in gray, you have to add them or just the names show up. Qualtry will not make it right. I've asked for my issue to be escalated to a manager (three times) and no response. Very dissapointing.”

“I ordered 3 cutting boards for friends. I had a call from one who wanted to know what she had done to deserve such a beautiful gift. I even spelled her last name correctly. Beautiful, reasonable and a very quick delivery. Shipping is a little steep but she was so pleased!”

“Qualtry does a beautiful & professional job on their engraving & printing. The quality of their hats, gloves, pillow cases and towels are wonderful! If there is ever a problem, Qualtry will help to resolve it quickly and to the customer’s satisfation. I am also very happy with the company’s packing/shipping. Holiday shopping is very affordable, but “off season” the prices are a bit too high for my budget.”

“Since only part of what I paid for arrived, I am disappointed. You've asked me to send a picture - but obviously did not read my review. How do I take a picture of a bad smell?? How do I take a picture of a gift bag that I paid for that we not sent to me?? My review stands as-is.”
