“My order was from Groupon. They offered small server boards, you could buy quantities of 1, 2, 3 or 4. I bought 1 quantity of 4. I only received one server and when I approached them about it they said I only bought 1. They said it was Groupons error,Groupon said it was theres, when it came down to it, you were giving me 3 more for at no charge which was great but they wanted me to pay $20 in shipping. I only pay $16 for the whole order and I told him I didn’t want to do that. I haven’t heard back from then since. Needless to say, I was not happy.”

“I ordered personalized golf shoe bags and was happy they arrived so quickly. The embroidered initials look great and the bogs look very sturdy. I did order one gift bag but did not receive it with my order. I have reached out to customer service and waiting for a response.”

“I have purchased numerous items from Qualtry and I am always happy with the quality and timeliness of my purchases. This purchase of personalized Christmas Hot pads was easy to order since I went through the company directly. When I have ordered from Groupon it is a major problem. YOu buy your coupon spend time ordering and then are redirected to the company website and by the time you get to checkout you are back to the full price. I even have orders that have expired since it is so confusing.”

“I have ordered many times fir holidays or gifts. I never recieve my full order and have to call to have a re shipment. There is a delay and I can never reach a person on the phone. I leave a message and days later get a call”

“I think your products are great. The wood ones that is. I feel the apron is very flimsy. I don't think the ordering process through Groupon is very easy. I asked for help several times and all I got was automated responses. I ended up having to ship, my two items separately because I tried for two days to personalize and ship together and couldn't. Because of this, I ended up spending nine dollars more than I needed to.”

“I’ve purchased in the past. The cutting board I just ordered is “ok”. The engraving was tilted and not completely straight. A bit disappointed but, not time to redo before Thanksgiving.”

“This would be 5 stars but for one issue ... when I got to Qualtry to redeem my Groupon offer, I discovered that the offer I paid for was not fully available. While the quality of the products delivered was excellent, there were only two color choices for the leather case - lilac and mint. The Groupon offer showed six different case colors. By the time I got to Qualtry and discovered the limitation, I had no option but to choose one of two undesirable colors.”
