“I have ordered from Qualtry for quite a few years now. The service has been good and there have been a few glitches, but qualtry has mostly taken care of them with great care and concern. This time though, they seem to have forgotten my order and when they finally sent it out, it was two of the wrong item ordered. We’ll, the items were such good quality and so cute, my grandaughter loved it anyway- so we are fine as it is! I will keep ordering formo Qualtry regardless! Thank you for making my grandkids happy!”

“Sadly my order had the wrong name on one of the 2 collars. I have attempted to call on multiple occasions with the call being dropped after 3 rings. I have emailed several times with no response. Not sure if I should simply return the incorrect item or???? Takes the fun out of the experience and a waste of $20. Sorry won’t recommend your company”
