“I’ve purchased in the past. The cutting board I just ordered is “ok”. The engraving was tilted and not completely straight. A bit disappointed but, not time to redo before Thanksgiving.”

“This would be 5 stars but for one issue ... when I got to Qualtry to redeem my Groupon offer, I discovered that the offer I paid for was not fully available. While the quality of the products delivered was excellent, there were only two color choices for the leather case - lilac and mint. The Groupon offer showed six different case colors. By the time I got to Qualtry and discovered the limitation, I had no option but to choose one of two undesirable colors.”

“I was pleased to receive the romantic pillowcases I ordered very quickly! (They were ordered on 10/22 and arrived on 10/30.) However, I am still waiting for the other half of my order to arrive. It was a Personalized Wedding Lantern, and I was hoping it would arrive before the special day - 11/16/23. Hoping to get a word on its status soon! Thank you.”

“NOT QUITE WHAT I EXPECTED. MORE LIGHT WEIGHT THAN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE. WILL HAVE TO SEE HOW THEY DO IN THE REALLY COLD WEATHER AND IF THE ARE WATER PROOF.”

“I've not had issues with Qualtry in the past, but the personalized apron I ordered was awful! Spots all over the white apron. To Qualtry's credit, they responded to my complaint immediately and took care of the problem immediately without issue.”

“This was my 2nd purchase. I purchased 1 board and was extremely happy but this was a few years ago. I decided to order a few for my clients and was not as happy. The print was very light it and wasn't bold as my 1st order. So I wasn't completely satisfied this time around. The picture will show the 1st order vs the 2nd order”
