“Hello, I love the product and I received my purchase in record time. The only reason I didn't give you a five star rating is because some of the items were carved nicely but the letters were not darkened. I was able to fix it with some stain, but it wasn't easy.”

“I didn’t even receive the correct items. I was suppose to get brown stockings and I got white. I have reached out to either get a refund or my correct items sent to me with no reply. No one answers the phone number and no reply to email.”

“The order was on time and exactly what I selected. The cutting board is beautiful. I was surprised, the personalized gift bags were much bigger and of better quality than expected. Only complaint is now I have to work on filling up those big beautiful bags!”
