The product concept was cute, but the customized notebook looked smudged when I got it. Like the customized ink didn't set or dry and the front cover had smudged black ink over it. It isn't terrible, but it isn't nice looking either. So great concept but need to improve on delivering the product in good order!

Ordered 4 bottle openers, received one and my credit card was charged twice. Have contacted the company because previous purchases went well, but several days later, haven't heard from them. Come on Quattro, make it right

Cut in the wood on the back side and poor/obscured engraving on the front. I’ve sent an email with photos to show but haven’t received a reply. Hopefully that will come soon. I’m hoping to give it as a gift this month.

I was very Happy with my custom luggage tags. They seem to be of good quality and came out excellent! The customer support I received when trying to apply a coupon code was top notch. I will recommend quality to others.

We have produced the product in the format that appeared in the preview. The word "The" is already part of the wreath design template you have chosen, and you have submitted your personalization as "The Curry's". So as it appeared on the preview, it was "The The Curry's". This was also confirmed by you when you ticked the disclaimer box and proceeded in completing your order. Hoping for your understanding regarding the matter.

I ordered many items, and my order arrived incomplete. I emailed the customer service address as the phone number was always busy, and I still have not heard back regarding the rest of my order. What I did receive (personalized pillow cases, cutting boards, personalized gift bags, and children's beanies) were lovely and well made. I would just like to receive the rest of my order.

Hello, I love the product and I received my purchase in record time. The only reason I didn't give you a five star rating is because some of the items were carved nicely but the letters were not darkened. I was able to fix it with some stain, but it wasn't easy.

I didn’t even receive the correct items. I was suppose to get brown stockings and I got white. I have reached out to either get a refund or my correct items sent to me with no reply. No one answers the phone number and no reply to email.
