Well the cutting board came and we are so happy it is beautiful, but we did not receive the holder for it. Will it be coming under separate cover? Please let us know about this.

The pillowcase just barely covers my standard size pillow but that’s not really the issue. The main issue I had was the quality of the printing. The image had a double effect causing the image to not appear sharp. It was tolerable since we were going to color it in but definitely not a product I would purchase again. Nor recommend.

For cloth items (e.g., tote bags, pillowcases, and tea towels), Quality is pretty good. Personalized items are fun. The woodworking department is less good. I have ordered from Qualtry in the past, and have had to ask that things be redone. I tried again this year, and was disappointed that the cutting boards were not cut symmetrically near the handle. I have submitted photos via email and am awaiting a response. I am hoping that they will redo them (or let me send these back and have them re-shaped by a more detailed craftsman). I have uaually purchased with Groupon or a sale. The overall quality of anything I have ever ordered is not worth it at regular prices. If it is an important gift, make sure you have plenty of time, in case there are issues and it needs to be redone. :( Customer service is always nice. I assume that the "qual" in Qualtry stands for quality. So yes, I expect excellent quality. :) Oh, it is disappointing that you can't do accents (like for other languages). I have no idea what the production steps are, but adding that would be a very nice plus. If any of the complaints I have cited are due to rushing, then simply don't rush. Haste makes waste.

I have been ordering items from Qualtry for quite some time. I have always been happy with the quality of the products I've ordered. I DO quite often take advantage of their sale items, and I appreciate that opportunity. I also am happy that I have access to their free shipping.

The pictures on the coffee mugs were very poor quality. They looked like something you would see at a dollar tree. I was very disappointed in them as I bought them for gifts. This was a surprise, too. I have bought items from Qualtry in the past and the quality has been nice.

What you’d expect for the price. The wood is beautiful. The lettering and design is not great. It is very obvious it was printed on and there’s a giant line dividing my words. One half much darker than the other half. It’s not great…

I ordered 12 engraved cutting boards for our church. Of the twelve ordered, seven were properly engraved and the other five were very poorly done (barely ledgible). We tried to phone but had no luck getting the issue resolved. Customer service is as important as being able to place and receive an order. I have included a comparison picture of three of the good boards with three of the not so good boards.
