There's a couple items that were off center, which was a bummer. The wood needs some oiling. I did like the thickness of one of the boards.

We are sorry to hear that you were overcharged since your discount was not applied to your order. We have already manually applied your Groupon voucher code to your order and processed a refund for the excess charge. The refunded amount will be posted back to your mode of payment in 3-5 business days. A refund notification will also be sent through your registered e-mail.

The writing/ engraving is way too light. I can barely see it at all. Very disappointed!!!

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

I would like to personally thank the customer support team at Qualtry. I incorrectly applied a voucher to my online order and I was concerned about the final cost. Gifts were delivered slower than normal. I understand that it is the holidays but there is no way to reach out and talk to someone and the package tracking is a pain and not very effective
