Got personalized bags for my 5 grand kids and love them!! We will use them year after year. Ive also ordered dog collars for all my families many dogs and the phone numbers on them are wonderful. I highly recommend this company!

Beautiful design and great quality. I wish it showed the design of the lettering MUCH BETTER. Otherwise very nice. Also, my first order did not include the stand I paid for please send me my stand.

The personalized bamboo cutting boards that I ordered are not centered and do not look right. I would like to have these boards redone.

Somewhat disappointed in the stockings and pillowcases, very disappointed in the pillows themselves. The photos present the items I purchases much better than they actually are.

Absolute worst customer service in the entire world!! If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I've been shopping here for 5 years--but NO MORE!! The representatives are rude and ignore you. They do not answer calls and apparently, they block your number if you call numerous times. They pick and choose which emails they want to respond to and they make commitments about following up but never do. I placed orders nearly a month ago and still have not received them. They are unprofessional, understaffed and unappreciative of my loyalty. I have referred more than 50 customers and will now tell them to never shop at Qualtry again!! Who wants to be totally ignored when they are spending money???

Love this company. I ordered personalized mugs this time and they turned out really well. I have ordered a lot of stuff from this site and I’m impressed every single time. The quality is great and punctual.

I emailed you all on Friday and I have not heard back. Two of my pillow cases were glued to package. I tried to get it off of one of them but couldn’t get it all off. I wanted to see if they could replaced because they are a gift
