Ordered many collars on the past and have been very pleased. The one wasn’t as wide as the previous ones. I’m assuming the design has changed. Disappointed.

Item came as promised. It looks nice , however I thought I was getting what was pictured. It was a darker wood. The wood appeared darker but light when I received it.

I have ordered many times from you for years. I'm always happy with the product. This time, I didn't get an order confirmation email, so I re ordred the same thing the next day and then ended up with two of everything. I never did receive an email re the first order. frustrating.

Paid twice the value of the item for expedited delivery and got the item two and a half weeks later and a week and a half after the party it was for. I had to add an app to inquire about delivery. Asked to cancel order and got no response.

One cutting board came damaged. I have been trying to reach out to Qualtry but no one has gotten back to me.

I ordered a cutting board with my initial and some other information and it is totally off center on the board some of the writing is barely readable. The board I received was not the board I ordered. I ordered suitcase tags and they came with no way to attach them to the suitcase. Very disappointed with this order.

I got the five monogrammed Christmas bags I ordered much quicker than expected and I absolutely love them. They’re a quality product and look so nice! This isn’t my first order from here and I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten!

I was not happy with my customer service that I was given with an issue I had. Also, once I finally received my personalized order, one of the items was all messed up. I had not been protein any way, and was all folded up, causing the canvas to be wrinkled. Now I have a ruined wedding item 🤦‍♀️😭

Everytime I order anything from qualtry I'm never disappointed I absolutely love everything and so do the people who receive my purchases as gifts. I've purchased over the last 2 or 3 years and again I'm never dissatisfied.
