I ordered six personalized pillowcases. In yesterday's mail, I received five of them. One name (Benton) was to be on two different pillowcases. Five items were listed on the packing slip. I received the Merry and Bright snowman pillowcase with the name "Benton" and the packing slip said it was the "gnome" pillowcase. I tried calling customer service several times and got a busy signal. I finally got through, waited on hold for several minutes and then the call went to voicemail. Per my e-mail notifications, one more shipment is coming. I am just not confident that it will be the correct pillowcase. I was also surprised that the items weren't individually encased in plastic.

I ordered the bamboo water bottles with names of our staff on them. They arrived quickly and look beautiful. Everyone loved them. Even has a min basket inside for fruit infused water. Beautiful in style and quality.

I'm disappointed. My order arrived and part of it was wrong. My groupon did not apply, however, It was redeemed and now I'm not sure how to get it back since it wasn't used. It took a while for someone to email me and get the correct info for the item, now I haven't heard anything or gotten a replacement and my money is spent. I love the selection of items, customer service isn't so on point so far, so I'm not sure I will order again.

I placed my initial order. Received an email from Qualtry stating my order wasn’t placed, with an apology & a coupon. Fine. I placed a second order. Also received an email stating the same thing…. Order not placed, apology, and coupon. I decide not to reorder. I check my accounts… both amounts for both orders have been deducted. I contact customer support & they say they can’t cancel my orders because they’re custom & they can’t refund me, since one of the orders has already shipped. I receive a package soon afterward and it has 2 of my custom notebooks & THREE OTHERS THAT ARE NOT MINE! Which means 3 separate families won’t get theirs in time for Christmas. Immediately I reach out to customer support & have never received a reply. Then, I send another email, thinking mine got lost…. Still no reply. I will never order from Qualtry again. All I want is my order & a refund for the 2nd order.

I got couple of stuff s from qualtry. I loved the quality of these products but one of the glass that I purchased was broken when it arrived. I wish the packaging for these fragile items were done separately with bubble wrap and with a note that it’s fragile item.

The pillow cases I ordered are great. The ornament I ordered is not. It’s a photo ornament. The picture is not centered, so the hole to hang it from is right in the middle of my son-in-law’s head. Not the message I want to send to him. He’s a wonderful husband & dad! I wonder if anyone checked it before it was mailed out?
