First time customer I placed my first order on 11/29/22..Today is Dec 15, 2022 and it has been filled. I placed 3 additional orders and received one. The one I received has two items that are not mine. I called customer support the first time to check on the status I was told they are short staffed and doing the best they can..I have called two more times and emailed regarding my incorrect items and I have not heard back.

I purchased 3 items and I only received 1 ( I believe it’s the wrong size too). My 2 customized santa bag never came. And there was only 1 tracking number given for all the others so I can’t even say the rest were still on the way. Also, the shipment took forever. I purchased this on Nov. 29, 2022 and it arrived yesterday Dec. 14, 2022. They it should arrive 2-6 business days only. I am so frustrating. Not recommending this at all.

WHAT I ORDERED CAME DAMAGED I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES LEFT MESSAGES AND HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK ! VERY DISAPPOINTING! There has been no communication at all , this was a gift for Christmas and now I have to give it to my grandson broken , the emails I have sent have pictures of the damage

I received a broken glass. I’ve tried to get in touch with someone at this company by email about replacing it. But NO RESPONSE!

I ordered personalized pocket knives and trivets. One of my knives didn't look quite like the others and another knife got lost in the mail. Qualtry replaced everything very easily. The personalization is of great quality. I'm very excited to gift my items. Thank you for your easy and great service. My only complaint would be that I bought them through groupon and had to order each of them separately and pay for the shipping of each one. But the groupon says that in the fine print, so I knew before I bought them. Still a great price for a great item.

I received the wrong order. I received someone else’s order with my correct order form. I have called and messaged your department and have not received a reply . Gift I ordered for someone will now not arrive on time for Christmas . Wrong order I received will also not be making it to the intended recipient. Mix ups happen, but very unfortunate I cannot get in touch with anyone to help fix this matter.

It is hard to write a positive review at the moment. I ordered 20 aluminum luggage tags. They did not come with the wire rings. I also ordered a draw string bag that came in complete. I called customer service and left messages. I also emailed customer service and left a message and I have not heard from anyone as of yet. At this time I do not care about the drawstring bag. I would like the metal rings to be sent to me as soon as possible as they are Christmas gifts for various family and friends.

I’m usually happy with my items. But this last order I’m not happy with one of my items. When I called the company they said I was supposed to take out the “r” in the box and put another “r”. Ugh how was I suppose to know that if the sample shows it. Im not happy right now. The customer service lady act like she was unconcerned. 😔

The personalized sketch pad really looked good. quality paper, sturdy construction. The personalized pillow covers turned out better than anticipated. The pillow stuffing was a little funky and took a while to get it inserted correctly, but looks good
