It was not packaged in anything so there are scratches on it and a scuff mark on the silver that won’t come off. Like a chunk of metal came out of it.

My only bit of frustration was I left a couple messages for qualtry asking about my estimated delivery date and no one would call me back. However, the items were delivered after a couple weeks, and I could not be more pleased! They are perfect, and I will absolutely order more from this company :-)

I hope this info is just too soon to complain (it might be in the mail🙂 - I just called but no one answered) I have loved ordering from your company, but I had a problem with the last order. I called and the lady said I would get more information. I have not received any info yet. I sent a picture, as the lady told me. I checked the emails. Please see if you can help.

love products and price. Wish your company name would appear on charge not laser company name. I had to call the bank to see who this was Google shows it as a laser removal service

I like the quality of my order but I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I placed 2 orders on the same day and I finally received 1 of the orders but the second order hasn't been fulfilled yet so I called customer service and they don't know why it isn't done and said they can refund me, I don't want the money back I want the items I ordered. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts but the agent told me that I won't be getting them in time and possibly not at all. I'm very frustrated as this happened to me last year as well. I can guarantee this will probably be my last order and once I receive my order I will be leaving a review online as well as on Groupon so that others know what to expect!

I ordered two cutting boards a larger one and a smaller one. The larger one was a paddle shape and very nice. The smaller one was just a cutting board. The lettering that was burned into It was a little too burned, and there was a lot of cotton or some thing stuck all around the wording. I kept it because it’s a Christmas present and put a little work into it myself and it looks OK to give us a gift. However, I was kind of disappointed in the quality.

Big fan of Qualtry! I purchase a personalized cutting board for every new home I sell to a client, and they love them so much they won't use them! Service is great, quality is really good and the fresh burned wood smell on the board is addictive. Thanks for making me look good!

The colors and designs were perfect. I ordered from you guys 3 -4 years ago and our grandsons pillow cases has been wash many times and you can still see the colors and design even after many washings

This review is in regard to order #2184222 I ordered 16 wooden spoons from the Thanksgiving collection-the Green Family design. In some of the pictures the bowl of the spoon is blank and in the written description there is no mention of any thanksgiving motif on that particular design despite some pictures showing ‘gobble’ or ‘thanksgiving’ on the spoon bowl. To be on the safe side I put in the notes I would not like a thanksgiving motif on any of the wooden spoons. However, all 16 spoons arrived with ‘gobble’ on the bowl of the spoon. I ordered 5 beanies personalized with initials on them. All five arrived with the wrong beanie color and the thread color makes it so the personalization does not even show up other than the stabilizing interfacing that was left on. The interfacing is not a big deal but the beanies are not how they were supposed to be. I thought maybe you were out of certain colors but it seems from the website they are still able to be ordered. I ordered a cutting board with engraving and the design is not centered. This was not a gift for someone else so I can live with it. I also ordered a mug with an initial and name etched on it and it was fine. In summary, I ordered 23 items and 22 were not as they should be. I have ordered from Qualtry many times in the past and have always been pleased but not this time. I am hopeful that the wooden spoons and beanies can me redone and shipped to me ASAP so that I am able to give them as gifts before the Christmas holiday. If you could please call me to discuss this matter I would really appreciate it. I have called many times the two Qualtry numbers I have been able to find—one immediately says busy and the other had me wait and then leave message. I left messages but have not heard back from anyone. The recorded message gives office hours but even well within those times I have not gotten an answer or received a call back. Please let me know when to expect the items and how to proceed with returning the items I currently have. I am hoping all will be resolved quickly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I’ve been trying to call customer service for days and have no response. Every time I call it says they’re out of the office no matter what time of day it is. Nobody has gotten back to me. I am missing items from my order. And a couple things I ordered you cannot even see the writing on them. I’ve ordered in the past him and happy but this time I am extremely disappointed. I’m wondering if anybody will ever called me back. Now I am short two Christmas gifts that I’ve paid for and have not received. I don’t think I will order in the future due to the lack of customer service and getting my problem resolved .
