The pillow covers were great - everyone who has already received them, loves them! However, I have yet to receive a response from Qualtry support regarding an error in printing from my first order... and an incomplete second order :( It's been 4 days and no response. Additionally, there were some quality issues with the pillows where the zipper head came right off the pillow cover :( I'm hoping to update this review to something more positive... but I need a response from Qualtry support to make my orders whole.

The cutting board we ordered was missing from the package. Emailed support and awaiting word back. Xmas gift that now unlikely to get here on time. Terrible.

The pillowcases that I ordered for my grandchildren turned out perfect!! The fabric was very soft and the pics on them are adorable. Definitely would purchase these again.

Our first order to Qualtry was last Christmas 2021 and I received 7 stockings but two had the same name on them and mine was left out. When I reported it I was told they were out of that stocking and could not make one for me. I didn't receive a refund or credit of any kind to compensate for the mistake on their part. This year I ordered just my stocking to hopefully complete the set. I am extremely disappointed in the results this time. it's sloppy and doesn't look as neat and cleanly done as the first ones. I will not shop with Qualtry again and won't be recommending you again. There are too many custom shops to choose from that produce great work or at the least responsibility for their mistakes. The ink is running all over the name and design and there are some spots of patchy missing ink in the print. It looks horrible and again, there is no time to have this remedied before Christmas even if they do have it in stock this time. I'm sorry now that I opted to give you a second chance even though I had to pay for it AGAIN.

Placemats were sent folded/bent. Hoping the bend comes out completely. I was sent two extra placemats that I didn’t order but that had my sons name on them. So weird.

Right after I sent in my order, I realized it was going to be 2023. I tried and tried to get a hold of you to put 2023 on my order instead of 2022. But my customized cutting board came with 2022. It’s not going to work, it is for a wedding present! Can you help me out here?

Ordered these ornaments for my real estate clients. The holes are directly cutting off the writing of the ornament. Looks sloppy and cheap. Highly disappointed.

Two of the three cutting boards received turned out poorly and I do not want to give them to the recipients. Usually they look good but these three all have issues. Hoping customer support can help resolve before Christmas.

I ordered 4 cutting boards on November 29th, and received them 3 days later. I love the products I received, and would definitely order again, had this level of service applied to my second order. I placed a second order on the same day, November 29th, for 4 additional items. Today is December 18th, and my items have yet to be shipped. I've reached out to customer service twice to check on the status of my order. They assured me my items had been made, but they are backed up due to the Holidays and have not handed my items off to their courier yet. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my package to be shipped! When I inquired about my order a second time, as I need the items by Dec. 22, I was told not to contact customer service again as this would further delay my products from being processed. If it were not for this second, incredibly frustrating experience, I would give Qualtry a 5 star rating. But this is unacceptable. I place the order a month in advance, and am still waiting!
