“The quality of the ornaments aren’t what I’m used to from Personalization Mall. They feel rough and gritty. It amazes me that none got broken since they were packed together with no paper between them!!! I paid an extra $10 for early delivery and I just got them yesterday! I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the pillowcases I had made and the sketch books, those were terrific!!!”

“I ordered a total of 9 Personalized cutting boards but it turned out that the color for the engraving was not even and barely you can see the writing. I will not be giving these as gifts, unfortunately. I wrote my review and hopefully, this will help you improve the quality of your work. I took a picture and attached it with my review so you can see what I was referring to. These were all for the 9 cutting boards that I ordered. It did not appear the same as the picture from where I ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTED. It would be great if I can return these items and get a refund.”

We are sorry to hear that you did not find the board that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

“I ordered a gift for my brother, so I never saw it, but he was very pleased with it. I ordered a personalized cutting board, but it was unclear to me the exact dimensions (maybe I missed it in the description?). And, I couldn't specify that it was a gift, so I had to call him to tell him to expect something from Qualtry, and that it was from me.”

“All items arrived as ordered. The cutting boards look better in person than they did in the picture online. I would order all these items again. All the items I ordered will be Christmas presents, and I hope those that receive them like them as much as I do.”

“The cutting board I received is very nicely done. I did not received the stand I ordered and the ornament was broken when I received it. It wasn’t packaged well for such a delicate item. I reached out to customer service 2 days ago and have not had a reply.”

“I ordered a few personalized wooden spoons and forks, salad forks and a personalized red power bank. I also paid an extra $10 for Priority Processing so that it would be shipped in 2 days. The result, it took 2 weeks to receive my order ( so priority processing didn't happen), I received a PINK power bank without a cord, but then the spoons and forks were fine. So I've asked for a refund for the priority processing fee and for the wrong color power bank that came without the cord. It's been over 24 hours since I sent that email and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. This is my first time ordering from Qualtry and I wished it went better.”
