I requested this for a Christmas Gift and was so excited when it arrived on time and when it arrived, it was bent and looked used and disappointing. The pad itself would have been lovely but due to the damage, I won't give it to my niece.

I only received 1 gift sack and paid for 2. Sent an email and did not get a reply and called and can’t get through on the phones! Fix this!!!

I've never been disappointed with my Qualtry Orders. Well actually one-time engraving was poor and they quickly replaced the item for me. Happy to have found sale items that make purchasing custom products a bargain. This order consisted of wood and cork trivets and a wood cutting board. The only minor issue is the rough edges and handle of the cutting board. They need more sanding. A piece of 220 fine sandpaper will take care of this. Some items are expensive but frequent sales make real bargains.

Ordered 12/5 and received it just recently. Perfect! However, order # 2182882 was ordered on 11/25 and it still hasn't shipped! This has not been my experience before. Ordered a bunch. I was told it was completed but was waiting for it to be packed and prepared for shipping.

I ordered 2 cutting boards. I was correct. The other was another person’s order. I called immediately, Monday, left a message and have not heard a thing.

Very disappointed. The package took weeks to arrive and came smashed up with broken parts and missing $40 of items contacted quality over 24 hours ago without a response.

I’ve purchase from you before and was completely satisfied. This time I ordered 10 items but only 9 were in my package. One of those 9 was not up to the standards that I expecting. I send an email 6 days ago to report my missing item and the item I was not happy about but there has been no response. I tried calling the number given but just says the number is busy. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but 6 days and no response to an email? I had thought I had found the perfect gift for my supervisor but that’s what didn’t arrive! I had hoped that you would respond in a timely manner and correct the issue and I could have left good review.

This is my second purchase from Qualtry- we order the personalized dog collars for our pets. This year we expanded to gifts for our family as well and they are just perfect .....

The bags were fantastic. I just wish 2 of them were not so wrinkly. These bags are gifts and the 2 looked like they balled up in knots. But the bags are great and the stitching with their names is wonderful & the quality of bag is a 10.

First off, I ordered these on Sun. Nov. 27 and paid extra for the priority processing. 11 days later the status was still unfulfilled. I had to inquire and the reply I got was simply, "we are experiencing delays dues to the sudden influx of orders our production team is behind schedule." No one notified me. It wasn't until I inquired that I was offered a refund on the priority processing but there still was no ETA if I would even get my items before Christmas. It was super frustrating. Secondly, the price is great, but the quality is a bit shoddy. Bought personalized cutting boards and right in the middle of the name on BOTH boards, is a large crack across the entire name as well as on the back of one board. It looks bad. The rest of the wood looks great How do you gift something like this? Can the receivers even really use it with this crack that might seep in liquids from foods that could make it worse? I'm debating even gifting these. See photos attached. In conclusion, I rate Qualtry low for their lack of communication with customers when products are delayed and for not offering the customer any compensation for the trouble up front. In addition, it gets a 2-star rating because of its low, quality assurance, but I have to give them something for I've ordered years before and the products were decent.

The pillow covers were great - everyone who has already received them, loves them! However, I have yet to receive a response from Qualtry support regarding an error in printing from my first order... and an incomplete second order :( It's been 4 days and no response. Additionally, there were some quality issues with the pillows where the zipper head came right off the pillow cover :( I'm hoping to update this review to something more positive... but I need a response from Qualtry support to make my orders whole.

The cutting board we ordered was missing from the package. Emailed support and awaiting word back. Xmas gift that now unlikely to get here on time. Terrible.

The pillowcases that I ordered for my grandchildren turned out perfect!! The fabric was very soft and the pics on them are adorable. Definitely would purchase these again.

Our first order to Qualtry was last Christmas 2021 and I received 7 stockings but two had the same name on them and mine was left out. When I reported it I was told they were out of that stocking and could not make one for me. I didn't receive a refund or credit of any kind to compensate for the mistake on their part. This year I ordered just my stocking to hopefully complete the set. I am extremely disappointed in the results this time. it's sloppy and doesn't look as neat and cleanly done as the first ones. I will not shop with Qualtry again and won't be recommending you again. There are too many custom shops to choose from that produce great work or at the least responsibility for their mistakes. The ink is running all over the name and design and there are some spots of patchy missing ink in the print. It looks horrible and again, there is no time to have this remedied before Christmas even if they do have it in stock this time. I'm sorry now that I opted to give you a second chance even though I had to pay for it AGAIN.
