I ordered on October 28th, on 12-20 I received 4 pieces of my order, I have already missed mailing deadlines to send bags out with gifts. I have ordered for many years and probably won't be back next time I am looking for unique items.

We were missing one Stocking, Katy, and I ended up with 2 extra stocking they belonged to two orders

Product was delayed however they were very responsive and shipped out with a faster shipping to ensure I received it before Christmas! Would do business again! Received the product and it is great quality!

Cutting boards do not look as pictured. Very disappointed in the quality. I’ve written an email to the support team and haven’t hear back. You can’t see the names engraved on the board. Half the letters are brown half are not. Terrible.

I ordered the custom Trivets and cutting boards. I have received the Trivets, but not the cutting boards? The cutting boards were ordered first? Hopefully, they make it here before Christmas.

I didn't get a choice to order the spoon or fork, the fork was just made and delvered. The sticker on the item said spoon and fork so I really thought I was getting both. I am not sure how only a fork will work alone. The product looks nice and I did get in on time. Just very confused and not really fair I couldn't choose which one I really wanted.

Hi…I really like everything I ordered from Qualtry. My only negative issue is how long it takes to receive an order. It took 3 weeks Nov. 29- Dec. 20. So I know if I order anything next year I should order in an October. Lol

The items I ordered were very nicely engraved, however, the size was not at all what I expected. They were so small that the purpose that I needed them for will not work.

The writing on all six of my boards is striped and faint so you can’t read them. The boards and engraving is nice. When i called customer service, the hold music played for a long time then dropped to say call later. It was after 11am EST. When you call the order line, same issue…long hold music then it just disconnects. Maybe its the timing but I now have to buy other presents at the last minute because these are not giftable.

I was supposed to get 4 luggage tags via a Groupon campaign. I only received 1. I contacted customer service and my emails have gone unanswered and ignored. Not happy with one luggage tag for $35 and they were Christmas gifts so that is now ruined
