“I bought 10 Groupons for 20 stockings. When I went to redeem, I could not. Qualtry gad to recreate a link for my reedemable Groupon and this had to be done for each individual Groupon- a new link created! I could not seamlessly order and not to mention I could not put on one order and therefore would need to pay separate shipping on each order. I emailed, chatted, tried to be patient.. but I work- who has time for this. Needless to say, only 1 order for 2 stockings was successfully placed and it took two weeks to get that. So disappointed and stuck with 9 unused Groupons. Scam.”

“1 came broke. I ordered 3 and they were all in a sleeve together. Better packaging. The writing is really light on one. It's much prettier when the writing is darker but they are really beautful. Really cool gift.”

“The lanterns arrived WEEKS after ordering them. Did not expect to have to assemble them upon arrival. One of the latches on the lanterns that I ordered is not aligned appropriately and the door does not latch completely. I unfortunately do not recommend purchasing this product.”

“Hi I love the products but I ordered 2 sets of 2 bamboo coasters but only 1 coaster came for each design. I will need to order an additional coaster I was disappointed because they were gifts and will not arrive for the holiday. Thanks Laurie Sylvia.”

“Nice products, but they take WAAAAY TOOOOO LONG to ship your order, and there is no way to speak with anyone. They have a phone number and email, but they offer these "means of communication" knowing darn well that the phone number they offer always and only gives a busy signal AND they literally do not respond to your emails. So, for that, I cannot give a higher score. They do have nice, quality stuff though. You just have to be okay with the worst service in the world.”

“The pillow case came dirty like it was dropped on a dirty floor and was stuck to the mailing envelope so when I unwrapped it I snipped a tiny hole in it. It is cute but I can’t give as a gift with a hole in it.”

“I received the personalized coasters very quick shipping even near the holiday. The came out great! The only reason I gave 3 starts is because I ordered 2 bottles of the wood conditioner but only received 1. I emailed them and called them and still haven't gotten a response over a week later. Little disappointed that they haven't contacted me about the discrepancy.”
