I ordered cutting boards, apron, skirt for the tree and some ornaments. They were all well made and great quality. I will keep buying.

Poor communication…..ordered on December 5th and chose priority shipping 2-6 business days) which was $15.99. Order didn’t arrive until December 23rd. Well after the time period I paid for and after the date of which I needed the products. Customer service was no help whatsoever and requested I not ask for tracking again

I received a large order for Christmas gifts for fam and friends. All looks good with the exception of one the 6 cork table place mats is damaged.

I didn't receive the items I ordered. I instead received Juan Huerta's order which should have arrived in TX personalized in Maya's name. I'm not sure where my 2 personalized items are. That's 2 personalized presents that aren't here for Christmas.

I have been ordering from Qualtry for years. I’ve notice when I place a large order it takes about a month to be fulfilled. This has happen several times. Also the quality of the engraving can be subpar. I think maybe there should be a quality control measure put into place. The majority of the items are satisfactory and for the price that I pay the product are a nice value. Just be cautious when making a large order of multiple different products.

I did not receive all of my items. I called and spoke with customer service. I was told the missing items would mail out. Received tracking and two of the items were not listed in the second shipment. I've emailed customer service with no response and I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. The next step is to file a chargeback on my credit card. I AM ANNOYED.

I’ve orders from Qualtry before, same style of cutting boards; this order was extremely disappointed. The engraving is so faint I’m embarrassed to give as planned gifts.

Did not receive 3 throw pillow inserts ordered. Sent Qualtry support an email for assistance 4 days ago with no response. Order was placed in November - throw pillow inserts are not a customized item, should have received them by now. Won’t be able to gift these items for Christmas. Completely disappointed.

I put in a large order including the childrens personalized pillow cases. Two of them are cocked and off centered. It is obvious when you hold them up, they need to be redone and they were Christmas gifts.
