My cutting board was shipped in a plastic bag. There is a gouge in one corner! I can't give this as a gift!

The product quality, customer service, and prices are hard to beat! My first purchases with Qualtry were Christmas gifts which EVERYONE loved. But, I’d like to place emphasis on their commitment to ensuring that customers get their holiday orders timely as we all know holiday shopping can be chaotic.

At first I was disappointed that I my initial order from November 25 and 26th wasn’t fulfilled and so I inquired about my order if it would be delivered by Christmas. I spoke with a customer service representative and he told me that the company ran out of stock on the Santa bags. When I heard that I was a bit frustrated because put my order in awhile back and I was anticipating a package by Christmas at least. I wrote back that I actually wanted a refund but I didn’t never received a response back from the agent. The next thing I knew I had an email from the company confirming that my shipment was processed and going to be delivered very soon. I was surprised. I did actually received one of the 3 packages on Christmas Eve! Needless to say I am very satisfied with how it turned out and this makes up for my frustration. I’m glad I didn’t cancel my order because I absolutely love it! My little daughter was so delighted to open it on Christmas Day. I look forward to getting more products in the near future. Thank you. It’s a personal favorite and my husband couldn’t stop talking about how cool the Santa Bag was. That made our day.

Very nice quality collar. I ordered a medium which is bigger than I expected but, it’s adjustable and fits well.

I was guaranteed that my package would be received before Christmas, didn't receive it until after Christmas. I want my refund that I asked for a week prior since the package hadn't shipped by then.

I used to order years ago and it was always fast. I orders in November 28 and received my order on December 26. Quality items but they were gifts that were late.

First of all, this order was placed on 12/09/22. Apparently you underestimated the ability of your staff to produce and ship items that are ordered expedited. When my order finally arrived on December 27, the cribbage board was missing, and I was told that I would be credited because it is out of stock yet the packing slip stated that it was in the box. I will never order from you again, and I have ordered quite a bit from you this past year.

Didn't receive my order before Christmas when I ordered it in plenty of time. Then when I received it, half the stuff is wrong and not monogrammed!!!! I've left numerous messages via phone and email and noone has the decency to return my calls to fit the problem! What type of company are you? I will be reporting to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU if I don't hear back and get the correct items I've ordered.

Once I received my order the products appear to be descent quality, however, Customer service was absolutely horrible! It takes days to get a response when there is a problem and my Personalized Santa bag for our grandchild's Santa gift did not come until the day before Christmas Eve and was personalized incorrectly. It should have read NATHAN but instead it read SIOBHAN!!! Would have ruined our Santa gift plan if we weren't so clever. We told him that was his Eskimo Elfn name! I asked for a refund however I still have no response from Qualtry!!!

This was a 2 month disaster with flawed products and inexcusable customer service. I ordered 14 personalized Large Santa Bags in October. Website said product is in stock, mailed in 2-4 days...5-8 days to receive. Two representatives said I would receive them by November 14...actually, the products were held in U.S. Customs. I received 13 Bags on Christmas Eve..1 Bag missing. 7 Bags had a misspelled name or peeling or missing stencils. Customer service is a joke..instead of replacing the 7 damaged and 1 missing bags, they offer a 50% code for my next order...Seriously? I'm out $215 for the original order..2 months of extreme stress..14 extremely disappointed children and very angry ME, my husband and our Church members.
