We ordered in early December and the products we ordered was late for Xmas! Not happy. Never had an issue in the past! What happened ? Also one of the customized items used a grey color on a dark green travel mug and you can barely see the logo. Poor quality.

I placed my order on November 25 and it arrived on December 28. This order was Christmas gifts that I no longer needed on December 28. And, if that weren't bad enough, two of my items are missing and as of today I have not gotten any response from Customer Service at all. Definitely not a happy customer and I will not order from them again. Never did they tell me there was even a possibility my items would not arrive before Christmas even though I sent two messages inquiring as to when I would receive them.

Sat on order for two weeks and admitted they didn't have workers to pack and ship. Didn't arrive until after Christmas. Totally embarrassed me. Communication horrible, lied and said ithey would expedite shopping once they would finally ship it.

I like the luggage tags - good quality. But, the cost of shipping was almost as much as the tags. I was supposed to get free shipping through Groupon, but that didn't happen, very disappointing.

Our apologies, The voucher code Groupon issued can not be used in conjunction with other codes or promotions such as items on sale and free shipping. Qualtry might have a different shipping structure than the ones you are used to since the custom items are individually designed, prepared for print or engraving, finished and sanitized then packed.

Ordered custom Christmas gift sacks/bags 11/26. Delivered 12/27. I Called several times and no one answered, left message twice. No call back. Shipping was not the issue as it was not received by USPS, for shipment/delivery until 12/24. Unacceptable. I’ve ordered many times from Qualtry and have been more than satisfied on every order, except this one. No other purpose for this $110 order except Christmas, and now it’s a waste. This experience will be my last with Qualtry, largely due to extreme lack of customer service when attempting to find out the status of my extremely delayed order.

I didn’t expect the small bags to be that small. The bigger bags were nice. Also expected the bags to be delivered by Christmas not a month later.

I can NEVER reach a live person to speak to. I made a recent order and one item had a defect to it. I tried calling the phone number before submitting my review and couldn't get a live person. NOT sure how they want to take care of a repeat customer as my irder was a special customized item

Not only did this NOT make it in time for the holiday…. The one item I ordered for my boss looks awful. Zero quality control! I’ve ALWAYS excused your poor time frames but now this makes me look like I chose an unworthy site. Poor representation of me.

I like the board. I just wish the wording would stand out more. The board being so light (bamboo), the carving is hard to see. I don’t know what you could do to create more contrast?

I placed an order with Qualtry on November 28 and I did not receive it until December 27. The items or not a good quality and we’re done poorly and we’re not what I ordered. I’m very very disappointed with Qualtry and I will never ever order again. I did send an email requesting a full refund of the items I ordered. On the web site it said the item would be delivered before Christmas. That was the reason why I ordered it. I received it on the 27th. I was left gift-less for an out of town gathering on Christmas Day

While I do think the majority of your products are good, you consistently fail to get them shipped in a timely fashion. I try to purchase as many things as I can from companies around the US for Christmas. I have always received my order from Qualtry late, every single year, regardless of what your emails say. If an order should ship on 7-10 days, and it always ships in around 21 days, just say that!
